AIS Notary Services $20.00*

Basic Notary Service $20.00 per document notarized

Mobile Notary Service(Tallahassee) $35 per document(within Tallahassee city limits) Mobile Notary Service(Leon County) $65 per document(outside Tallahassee city limits) *Call for rates outside Leon County

Corporate Filings $35.00*

This price is per entity, per filing. The client must provide filled out Articles/filing forms, etc.

This includes, but is not limited to: Profit, Non-profit, P.A., LLC, LTD, General Partnerships, Fictitious Names/DBA

Corporate Retrievals $20.00*

This price is per entity, per different item, foreign or domestic requests.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Good Standing Cert, Certificate of existence/non existence, Certified Copies, Photocopies

UCC and Judgment Lien filings $20.00*

This price is per filing, per type of Lien. This includes, but is not limited to:

UCC 1, UCC 3, such as, Amendments, Continuations, Assignments, Terminations

UCC, Judgment, Federal Tax, State Tax Lien and U.S. Bankruptcy Searches $10.00*

This price is per debtor name, per search, per jurisdiction (State or County level search, copies extra)

Other State filings/retrievals $20.00*

This price is per filing/retrieval, per jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to: FWC, State Licensure services such as ABT, AHCA, FDLE certified background searches, U.S. Bankruptcy (Florida Northern District), Florida Supreme Court, 1st District Court of Appeals(1st DCA), U.S. Federal Court (Florida Northern District) and Department of Administrative Hearings (DOAH)

Apostille retrievals $30.00 for the first document, $20 per each additional document.

AIS Customized Business Articles $50.00*

This price includes AIS to drawing up Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization (Profit, Non-profit, P.A., LLC and PLLC)

Registered Agent Services $100.00*

This price is per year, per entity (this include regular SOP forwarding, overnight forwarding is extra)

Corporate/Company Book Includes: Corporate/Company Seal, Minutes & Bylaws/Operating Agreement, 20 Stock/Membership Certificates, Certificate Receipts, Stock Transfer ledger/Membership roll, 3 ring binder, slip case.

Corporate/Company Book shipping $12.00

Shipping price is per kit, ground shipping and includes the lower forty eight states (overnight shipping is extra)
